You will find in our catalog a wide range of standard products. Specific manufacturing are available from 200 Kg. Knowing that the average piece weight varies
between 2 and 3.5 g and the amount per pot between 30 and 60 units, the development of a specific product is possible from 2 000 pots.

The used Pectin or agar are not labeled organic but are part of the authorized additives in the limit of 5% since there is up to 2% in the formulation.
The majority ingredients are sucrose (bio origin of the cane sugar) coupled with a syrup of organic wheat.
VITAMINS AND MINERALS
Chemical origin actives are prohibited except vitamin C from organic acerola.
PLANTS
Numerous plants are available with the organic label as glycerin form or solids, to develop many original formulas.
SUGAR FREE
The "sugar-free" used polyols which does not exist with the label organic, therefore it’s incompatible with a formulation certifiable organic farming.
GUM
Gum exists in organic versions.

We decided to use gelling agents of natural origin rather than animal, such as:
THE FRUIT PECTIN (apple and lemon)
used between 1 and 2%: it is the natural gelling jams and jellies to a paste texture creamy and melting fruits,
AGAR (algae)
used between 1 and 2% for a slightly crunchy texture,
GUM ACACIA
used about 30%, for a sticky texture in the mouth: this is a suckable product and not a chewable one (eg : pellet valda.).

The finish, or the final coating is possible with the Gummie:
SUGAR POWDER
(sucrose or maltitol) representing 10% by weight,
AN OILY MIXTURE
to carnauba wax which is 1% of weight.
This finish allows to better appreciate the forms and reliefs used.

The use of natural gelling without animal facilitates the certification of gummies.
We have the certifications for all of these ingredients.

Traditionally, the main components for texturing the Gummie are long chain sugars (plant-derived glucose syrup: maize or wheat)
coupled with sucrose (cane or beet).The alternative sugar is provided by polyol (maltitol, sorbitol or a mixture of 2).
The excessive consumption of polyols can cause a laxative effect.
Warning ! The shipping name "sugar-free" requires a sugar content less than 0.5%,
knowing that sugars can be made​by dry plant extracts (maltodextrin) or fruit concentrates.
The polyols used are carbohydrates but with limited cariogenic effect and low insulin response (suitable for diabetics).
Therefore the total number of calories will only fall by 25% compared to a traditional sweet product
(400Kcal 100g sucrose against 300kcal per 100g of maltitol).
